I was walking past the Yves Saint Laurent makeup counter the other day and I spotted the most beautiful pink shade I have ever seen. I obviously could not resist it, so I bought it before I could even think about the price ...
As you can see the lipstick is a beautiful fuchsia pink with a red undertone, named shade 11. It looks lovely for the night time, but can also be worn for the day time. I also think it would look so pretty on anyone as you can apply the lipstick with a brush for a lighter colour, or you can build it up to a much deeper pink.

The reason I love YLS lipsticks so much is because they last so long on your lips! Ever better, when they do start to fade they leave a stain on your lips instead of leaving patches of colour behind. They also have a wonderful creamy texture which does not dry out your lips. When talking about YSL lipstick how could I forget to mention the gorgeous, luxurious packaging which takes applying lipstick to a whole new level.

If fuchsia pink is not your thing, I would definitely recommend checking out the other YSL lipsticks.
Everyone seems to be broke in January, including me. Therefore instead of buying new products I shopped my own stash and rediscovered some products I have not used in a while...
I may have told a little white lie, I did buy one beauty product in January. I purchased La Roche-Posay Toleriane Fluide (link to blog post). It is a beautiful light weight moisturiser, which gives my oily skin just the perfect amount of moister.

My beloved Giorgio Armani Ecstasy lipstick has been on my lips almost everyday since I received it for Christmas. I have it in the colour 100, which is a perfect creamy nude colour for my complexion. I love how it feels like a lip balm on the lips, but has the lasting power of a lipstick. Another reason I love this lipstick is because of its luxury red packaging (you can tell I'm a sucker for pretty packaging). Everyone needs one of these lipsticks in their collection! For a full review and pictures you can check out my full review of it here.

Recently I have really been getting into applying lip liner. I think I must have been living under a rock as it has took me this long to discover how much of a difference lip liner makes. It makes my lips look so much bigger and fuller, which I have been a fan of on other people for so long. My mum gave me this Clinique lip liner ages ago, so unfortunately you cannot buy it anymore. However, any nude lip liner which is darker than your lip colour will work. I am particularly interested in purchasing the Paul and Joe dual lip liner in shade 02.

My next favourite product was something I rediscovered in my makeup collection. It is the Soleil Tan De Chanel Luminous Bronzing Powder, which I use as a highlighter. It is really beautiful and very natural looking on the skin. I love it because it is not glittery in the slightest, it just gives a lovely glow. When I use it I swirl a brush around all of the different shades and apply it on top of my cheek bones, and down the centre of my nose. Now for the bad news, unfortunately I could not find it online, but I am pretty sure I have seen it at some Chanel counters.

To make me happier on these dismal days I have been enjoying more of a glowing make up look. To help achieve this I have been using my Yves Saint Laurent Touché Éclat. Mine is in the lightest colour, 01. I use it under my eyes, on top of my cheek bones, and in the inner corners of my eyes, to brighten up my face. In my opinion this is the best radiance boosting pen. If you want to know more about it, check out my full review here.

I have used Benefits Magic Ink liquid eyeliner every single day throughout January. In fact I wear it almost everyday in general, not just in January. It is my favourite eyeliner of all time. It lasts sooo long. I received it as a gift last Christmas, and it has only just ran out. (It really is magic). It is really easy to apply and it lasts all day long, without having to reapply it throughout the day. It also looks as if it has been freshly applied even at the end of the day. If you are looking for a fab eyeliner, this one is definitely worth a look at.

My most used blusher in January was Nars Deep Throat. It is a beautiful light pink with a hint of shimmer running through it, which makes you look very fresh. It is such a pretty colour which I think would suit a large amount of skin tones and would suit a whole load of makeup looks. Definitely one to put on the wish list.

Yours Faithfully,

It is extremely difficult for girls with oily and spot prone skin to find the perfect moisturiser. They are normally too thick, too greasy, bring out spots, or they make your make up slide off your face. It is such a nightmare to find the perfect one. Even though some of you are thinking that if you have oily skin you do not need to moisturise, you are wrong. It is important to protect your skin and to delay wrinkles. This is where I come in to help. I have not only found one, but two perfect moisturisers for oily skin...

I have always had very oily and sensitive skin, although not spot prone. I always like to moisturise as I feel it makes my foundation look much smoother. Although with a thicker moisturiser my foundation does not stick around for as long as I would like it to. I also wanted to use a moisturiser over night, but I hated that greasy feeling in the morning. I was so happy when I found two moisturisers which are actually made for oily skin. I can not get enough of them.

La Roche-Posay Toleriane Fluide
This moisturiser is made for oily to normal skin. It is non-oily which means it sinks straight into my skin which is amazing! I can also apply it before I go to bed. When I wake up my face is not greasy, but instead feels so fresh and smooth. This moisturiser is fragrance free, so I have not broken out in spots or it has not irritated my skin in anyway. The consistency is also very thin and light weight which I love. I also feel as if over time this product has improved the appearance of my skin quite a lot. I could not say enough great things about it.

Benefits Triple Performing Facial Emulsion Moisturiser
This is another fantastic moisturiser for oily skin. It is a sheer oil free lotion. Again, this moisturiser does not make my face feel horrible and greasy when I use it in the day or over night. It also has SPF 15 in it, which is great for when we are lucky enough to have a sunny day in England. The product does have a lovely fragrance, which has not irritated my skin. I can also notice over time my skin looks very radiant when I use this. Another beautiful face lotion which I highly recommend for all skin types.

I was lucky enough to be invited to a Benefit bloggers event at House of Fraser Bristol. They were launching their new Lolli Tint! No other brand does it as well as Benefit when it comes to tints as this is now their fourth one. In case you were wondering what Benefit tints are, they are cheek and lip stains. As well as the Lolli Tint, the Benefit girls then introduced the The Porefessional agent zero shine, as some of the bloggers had not had a good look at it yet ...

<span style="font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">In Benefits Head Quarters, four years ago they predicted
that the most popular cheek and lip colour for Spring/Summer 2014would be a
pale lilac, and they could not have been more correct. There are loads of
pastel colours floating around in S/S 14's new makeup collections. I will admit
I was not a fan of Benefits previous Tints, but this launch has really changed
my opinion.

<span style="font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">The Lolli Tint is a beautiful pinkie, lilac pastel shade. It
has a gel consistency which makes it really easy to blend into the cheeks. To
apply the product, you use the brush it comes with and dot the product in a
line, where you would normally apply blusher. (From your hair line, to the end
of your cheek bone). You then use your normal blusher brush to blend it in. It
gives a very natural flush, which can be built up if you want a more statement
look. You can also apply it to your lips for a natural colour which lasts ages.
I love how the Lolli Tint looks a different colour on different skin tones, and
you can create how intense the colour is.

<span style="color: black; font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">We were also shown that you can mix Lolli Tint with Benefits
High Beam highlighter to create a really unique highlighter. You can also mix
Lolli Tint with Benfits lipsticks and lip glosses to create really fun colours.

<span style="font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">The Benefit girls then showed us the The Porefessional: agent zero shine face powder,
which was in their previous launch. I love this powder! It is great for girls
with oily skin as it gets rid of any shine. However, it is also fantastic
for dry skin girls as the product as minerals in it which means it will not dry
your skin out. This powder is so handy to travel with or to carry around in
your makeup bag, as it comes with a little brush that fits into the tube. It is such
a great innovative product. The powder is also translucent so it will not
add colour, nor take away any colour from your foundation. This is a product I
will definitely be picking up for the summer months!

Giorgio Armani has very quickly become one of my favourite high end make up brands. I love the Luminous Silk Foundation and the Eyes to Kill single eye shadows, which is on top of my very long wish list. On Christmas Day, I was a very lucky girl. I was SO excited when I unwrapped a beautiful Giorgio Armani Lipstick. If you are wondering why I was so excited, it is because this is no ordinary lipstick...

I received the colour 100 from the Rouge Ecstasy collection. The colour is such a beautiful nude, and I can now say I have found my perfect nude colour. I would describe it as a pinkie nude, with a hint of brown. It does not give the appearance of foundation lips in the slightest, but instead it's your lip's but better colour. The lipstick also has a sheen to it, which gives your lips a plump appearance. When you apply the lipstick it feels very creamy and luxurious.

The Rouge Ecstasy lipsticks are very different to any other lipsticks I have come across. They are the first CC lipsticks, which means they provide colour and care. Now you are probably thinking there are loads of coloured lip balm type products on the market. However this one has the colour pay off of normal lipsticks with the softness of a lip balm, which is amazing! It also lasts a very reasonable amount of time on your lips. All together the collection has 36 shades, which means there is a colour for everyone. The next shade I want to try is colour 300 which is a lovely coral/pink.

I also love the very attractive sleek red packaging, that has a magnetic lid which I love. (I'm very easily pleased). It looks so pretty on my dressing table. I also love that it has the Giorgio Armani logo on the actual lipstick. Although the lipstick does not come cheap, I would still highly recommend it as I cannot fault it.
<span style="color: black; font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">This foundation is one of the most talked about in the beauty world, and in the UK it is very difficult to get your hands on unless you live in London. It photographs beautifully, and works great with almost any skin type. Yes you've guessed it, I purchased the Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation. In addition, I have also discovered the perfect concealer for the foundation. Which is Diorskin Sculpt concealer. Its a match made in heaven...
As you have most probably read hundreds of blog posts on the Luminous Silk foundation, I thought I would give you my personal low down on the foundation:

It glides over your face like silk (as the name would suggest).

It blends in beautifully

You can apply a small amount for a lighter coverage, or build up for a more flawless coverage

It does not contain SPF, there for you will not get that white flash back in photos

It photographs beautifully, as it gives an airbrushed appearance

Suitable for any skin type

Lasts all day on my oily skin

Blurs out spots

Has a large colour range

My list could go on and on. It has now knocked my Estee Lauder Double Wear Light foundation off the top spot, I love it so much. It is definitely a foundation everyone needs to try! Just in case you were wondering, I picked up shade 5.5.

Onto the Diorskin Sculpt concealer. I love this concealer! I picked up the colour 100. This is lighter than my skin but I like to have a lighter colour to highlight my under eye area. Unlike some concealers this one sticks around all day, which I think is a very important property in a concealer. One other important reason I love this concealer is that is does not crease under my eyes for the majority of the day. At the end of the day I can see fine lines under my eye, but I guess you can expect that after a long day! I love how creamy, but at the same time thick the consistency is. And finally I love the lovely packaging. I feel as if it was made to wear with the the Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation. A great concealer Dior!

Yours Faithfully,
For a while now I have been collecting Mac eye shadows. For Christmas I received two shadows which now means I have finally finished my pallet, which I find very exciting. I love getting my completed pallet out and choosing which eye shadow I want to use, as I never liked having gaps. If you are a make up lover like me, you will understand me! I am very excited to share my chosen eye shadows with you...
I'm going to go through the shadows left to right, top to bottom.

Dazzle light - This is a Beautiful highlight colour which has one specific use, to highlight the inner corner of my eyes.

Retrospeck - I love wearing this colour underneath my eyes or with brown eyeshadows in the summer to create a bronze look.

All That Glitters - This is a perfect light champagne colour, with a hint of shimmer which you can wear in the day time. It looks so pretty. I also wear it in my smoky eyes.

Texture - This was the last eye shadow I purchased. I love to apply it in my crease to warm up my usual cool tone browns. You can wear it in the day time, or in a more dramatic look.

Sumptuous Olive - I bought this colour to wear with Club, which is one of my favourite looks. It looks really lovely with my green/blue eyes! I think it would look beautiful if you have brown eyes too.

Woodwinked - This is one of favourite colours out of the bunch. It is a beautiful light bronze colour, with a hint of shimmer. It looks amazing in the day time just lightly applied, or you can build the colour up for a more intense look. I would highly recommend checking this colour out.

Cork - This is a light brown, cool tone colour. It looks lovely swept across the lid, or applied in the crease to add definition to my eyes. This colour is a must is you are starting a pallet, as everyone needs a colour for the crease!

Charcoal Brown - This colour was what started it all, but now it is the colour I use the least. Not to say that it isn't a lovely colour, but I tend to use mystery instead.

Satin Taupe - Some people love this colour, and some people hate it, I personally love it! It really makes my eye colour pop. I especially love this colour when I have a bit of a tan. I also love to pair Satin Taupe with Smut.

Mulch - This is such a gorgeous colour. It is a bronze/brown colour, with bits of glitter in it. It looks so pretty all over the lids and underneath as well. It also looks lovely in a smoky eye. I think this colour would look great with any eye colour.

Club - This is another one of my favourite colours. It's such an amazing colour. In some lights it looks brown and some lights it looks green, with a slight shimmer. It is not for everyone, but if you like the sound of it, it is definitely one to check out!

Mystery - This is a hard colour to explain, it is a brown colour with a hint of grey. I love this colour in a smoky eye, when I do not want to wear black, but still want my eyes to appear relatively dark.

Embark - My sister bought me this shadow. She wanted to buy me one which I would never pick up my self. It looks so pretty on the outer corners of my eyes, blended with black in a smoky eye. Embark looks amazing with a dark burgundy lipstick.

Smut - On Mac's website it says this colour is a muted black with red shimmer. However I cannot see the red shimmer, I feel the colour is a muted black but more on the purple side. I still love it! It gives the 'lived in smoky eye' look, without being as harsh as black.

Carbon - This is simply the perfect matte black eye shadow that everyone needs in their palette.

And there you have it, my completed Mac palette!

Yours Faithfully,
<span style="color: black; font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">One of the things I am going to start doing is drinking more
water! To help me achieve this I bought a rather attractive pink Camelbak water bottle (750ml). The great thing about
this bottle is you do not have to tilt it up to drink it, which is a great help
when you are running. It also does not leak, which means I can carry it in
my bag. My aim is to drink 2 to 3 of these bottles each day.
<span style="font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">
<span style="font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">This book is fantastic! I bought it to learn more about food
and what foods are actually good and bad for you. Just in case you were
wondering 'clean' means eating food from their natural state, and not
processed. 'Lean' means being lean and healthy.

<span style="font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">The book contains lots of very interesting information,
great guidance, recipes, and an easy exercise plan. Although I already eat
healthy, and I am not going to become strictly clean and lean, but I am going
to adapt my usual diet which I am very excited about. If you are interested in
food or becoming healthier, I would highly recommend giving this book a little
read! (Link to book).

<span style="font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">
<span style="font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">This is one of the best smoothie makers I have seen. You
simply cut up fruit and put it into the bottle provided, screw the bottle
into the blender, press the blend button, unscrew the bottle, place a lid on
the bottle, and you are good to go! I get most of my recipes online, or I just
throw in what ever fruit I have in my fruit bowl. Smoothies are great to have
for breakfast, with your lunch, or as an afternoon snack. Drinking smoothies
have made me feel a lot less bloated and a lot more energized.
<span style="color: black; font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">
<span style="color: black; font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">In this smoothie I included, blueberries, 1 banana, 1 pear, water, and1 table spoon of low fat ice cream. I also love to include mangos, frozen berries which you can buy in a bag, kiwi, and pineapple.
I think there is nothing prettier than a classic smoky eye look, but when I was recently flipping through a magazine I noticed a twist on the usual smoky eye. This smoky eye was created using black and gold. As a huge fan of playing with eye shadows I thought it would be really fun to try this look out. As I always associate New Years Eve with glitter, glam and sparkle I think this would be a really pretty make up look which you could easily apply yourself!

In the picture above the smoky eyes are very dramatic, but I wanted to create a much more subtle look which makes it much quicker to apply. However you could always add a little more black if you wanted your eyes to stand out more.

Before I started applying the eye shadow I used a pencil eyeliner to line my upper lash line. I then primed my eye lids with Rimmels Exaggerate Undercover Shadow Primer. Which I think is super amazing for the price! As always when creating a smoky eye, I used my trusty Post It Notes for a clean line on the outer corners of my eyes. Check this post out (Link) for more information. For this look I used all Mac eye shadows, as in my opinion they are the best eye shadows.

Step 1

I started this look by blending Cork, which is the brown colour in my crease (top of your eye socket)with my Sigma E45 tapered blending brush. I used wind screen wiper motions until I was happy with the intensity. This creates depth and warmth.

Step 2

Using a Mac 217 brush, I then blended Carbon, (black) on the outer corners of my eyes. It is important to only apply the black between the outer corner of your eye, to the half way point of your eye lid. You also need to be careful not to take the black much higher than your crease. Keep adding more black until you are happy with the intensity. Also make sure you are blending in the black so there are no harsh lines.

Step 3

I then repeated step 1 to smoke out the black and get rid of any harsh lines. I then applied a little more black to the outer corners of my eyes.

Step 4

Then using my Real Techniques Domed Shadow Brush, I applied Retro Spec (gold colour) from the inner corners of my eyes to half way across my eye lids. I applied this colour using a pressing motion to pack on the glitter.

Step 5

To finish off I used what ever was left on my Sigma brush, and swept it under my eyes.

There you have it, a quick, easy, pretty smoky eye perfect for New Years Eve.

REMEMBER: Do not forget to remove your Post It Notes, as that could be a little embarrassing!
Kiko is a relatively new brand for me as I have just started to see reviews about the products on blogs and YouTube. I have been looking at the makeup online for quite a while now, but I was thrilled to see Kiko has launched a shop on Regent Street London, just when I was heading to London. Lucky or what! When I was in Kiko I picked up a couple of products, the store was so lovely I could not resist...
Kiko is an Italian professional cosmetics brand. The products are of a high quality, yet the prices are very affordable. For example the eye shadows are priced at £2.90 and are very pigmented with an excellent colour range, what isn't to love! Kiko's vision on beauty is "Be What You Want to Be." This is reflected by their wide range of colours and products, which means everyone could find something that they love. Kiko has three stores all in London, which is very unlucky for the rest of us.
When in the Kiko store I managed to restrict myself to just buying two items. The first product was a Long Lasting Stick Eyeshadow in colour 4. This eye shadow is a cream eye shadow which is a creamy formula and is very easy to blend in with your finger. You do however have to work quite fast because it dries quickly. Once the eye shadow does dry, forget about lasting the 8 hours which it claims to, it does not budge until you remove your make up at the end of the day! As for the colour, it is a beautiful deep chocolate brown colour with a hint of shimmer running through it which is really pretty on the eye lids. In the day time I prefer the eye shadow applied to my eye lids, with a brown eye liner in my water line. For a night time look, I like to not only apply it on my eye lids, but smudge it under my water line. For an even darker smoky eye I also add a brown eye liner in my water line. If you are looking for a cream eye shadow I would highly recommend checking out this one and its fantastic colour range. I for one have my eye on a few more of the colours!
The second product I bought was the Lip Volume. This is for making your lips appear fuller, and to also make your lips feel smooth. It also adds a slight gloss to your lips which I think looks really pretty on camera. With this product you are meant to apply it twice a day, by rubbing it into your lips, you then feel a slight tingling sensation. I notice a little difference when I use it more regularly. However the effect does not seem to last long, so do not expect to look like Angelina Jolie! However, I think this product is perfect if you are looking for something to make your lips that little bit fuller. I will continue to use the product, but I think there may be better lip plumper on the market.

Next on my wish list is to check out the eye shadow pallets and to get more eye shadow sticks!

Meet the Smashbox Brow Tech To Go. This is an extremely clever double ended pencil which is easy to travel with, and lasts ages! The pencil is angled, with a wax formula to help achieve a more softer and natural look. I have very sparse eyebrows due to stupidly over plucking mine as a teenager, because of the wax formula it fills in the gaps perfectly without looking drawn on. The other end of the pencil is a see through gel, with a eyebrow applicator to keep your brows in place ALL day long!

The pencil comes in two different colours. This includes Taupe which my blonde sister uses, and brunet which is the colour I use. Only having two colours in the range is not really ideal, although the product can be applied lightly to achieve a lighter colour or heavier to achieve a darker colour. In all the Smashbox counters I have been to the girls have been really helpful, so you could try the product before you buy.

The pencil is also waterproof, which is why I think this product is so amazing. I have also tried and tested this in the very hot and humid Mexico and on many water rides in Universal Studios Florida. The product did not budge. Although a word of warning, if you touch your brows when they are wet they will smudge. Therefore you have to resist the temptation to touch them and then you will have lovely looking brows on the beach.

I cannot say enough good things about this product. It is completely unique to anything I have seen before and it has changed the way my eyebrows look for the better. I cannot recommend this product enough, especially for the beach!
For a while now people have been asking me what products I use on my hair, how I got my hair to grow, and what my secret is. The big secret is ...

There isn't one! I just use a few simple steps every time I wash my hair, and I make sure I really look after it. I will take you through a step by step of all the products I use ...

I very often change my shampoo and conditioners, and switch between more affordable drug store ones and higher end ones. At the moment I am trying out good old Herbal Essences Hello Hydration Shampoo and conditioner. I really love this shampoo and conditioner! Not only is it really affordable and is often on special offer at Tesco, it makes my hair incredibly smooth and makes my hair feel like it has had a good wash. The conditioner is also very nourishing and has helped improve the condition of my hair. The products also smell divine, as they smell of coconuts which reminds me of being on holiday!

I wash my hair every two to three days (I know its a long time!). Also once every one to, two weeks I will use a clarifying shampoo. I use this to get rid of product build up in my hair to make my hair squeaky clean, and to avoid making my hair look like it is stuck to my head. Using a clarifying shampoo also means that you do not need to wash your hair as much. Therefore you could use it when you know you have not got time to wash it for the next couple of days. I am currently using the Boots Expert Build Up Removal shampoo which is priced at an amazing £3.49, compared to the Bumble and Bumble Sunday Shampoo which does a very similar job (although is a little more luxurious) and is more than double the price. A little tip, I would not use these type of shampoos more than once a week as they can be very drying if you use it often. I also recommend using a very good conditioner when using this shampoo.

Once to twice a week, I swap my usual conditioner and I use a hair mask. I am currently loving Philip Kingsley Elasticizer and the L'Oreal Professional Absolut Repair Cellular Mask. Both leave my hair feeling incredibly soft and amazingly shiny! For a full review on these hair masks check out this link (here).

When I get out of the shower I spray Lee Stafford's Blow Dry Your Hair Faster Spray all over my hair. This is such an amazing invention, it does 5 things all in one spray! Most importantly it reduces the time it takes to blow dry your hair, which is a complete life saver for me as my hair takes so long to dry. It reduces the time it takes by just over 10 minutes, which means 10 less minutes of an aching arm. I think this product would be fab if you are on going on holiday or live in hot climates! This spray helps to detangle your hair, which it does very well indeed, makes your hair feel very smooth and reduces friction, protects your hair from heat of 220°C, and the spray also contains a little bit of hold to hold in your blow dry. This may seem a little far fetched, but this spray is such a life saver!

Next I use another Lee Stafford spray, called The Hair Growth Leave In Treatment. As the label suggests it is a spray which you spray on the roots of your hair, which makes your hair grow and feel much fuller! It also smells lovely. For a full review check out my review on it (here).

I then apply my Josie Maran hair oil, which I think has really improved the ends of my hair. It makes my hair feel so smooth, and it makes my hair look very shiny. However, not only is the oil for your hair, but as crazy as it seems it is for your face as well. As I have very oily skin it is not something I feel I need to apply every night. I tend to use the oil once a week, where I put two pea size drops into my hand and massage it into my face. It leaves my skin feeling very fresh and plump. This stuff would be amazing for all of you who have dry skin. Its simply a miracle oil.

The last step in my hair care routine is Herbal Essence Beautiful Ends Split End Protection cream. I do not think this product helps to improve the condition of your hair, but instead it seals your split ends so your hair does not look dry. If the ends of your hair are a little dry, I would definitely use this cream to make it look as if your hair is in tip top condition.

There you have it, everything I use on my hair to keep it long and in good condition. Please leave any recommendations of your favourite hair care products, as I am always looking for more to try out.

Yours Faithfully

<span style="font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">Although I have long and thick hair I am always looking for
products to help make my hair that little bit longer. I have found a product
that does just that, yes you heard correctly, I have found a product that helps
your hair to grow!
<span style="color: black; font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">

<span style="font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">
<span style="font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">Back when I had very damaged hair, which was shoulder length
I swore by Lee Stafford's hair growth range. I used to use the shampoo,
conditioner and the treatment, which I think made my hair grow to the length it
is now. When I was in Boots browsing the aisles the other day I noticed
that they now have a leave in treatment in the form of a spray!
<span style="color: black; font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">
<span style="font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">
<span style="color: black; font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">It says on the bottle that it is a follicle fuel to
increase root productivity to help your hair grow. I think the spray works
better than the treatment because you do not wash the spray out. This means the
product will be continuously working those roots. I spray it all over my roots
when my hair is damp, concentrating on the front section of my hair. I
then brush my hair from the roots to the ends of my hair to spread the
product through my hair. I use it every time I wash my
hair.

<span style="color: black; font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">I do not know the science behind it, but all I know is
that it works a treat for making my hair grow. I started to notice that my
hair had grown and become a little thicker around two weeks after I
started using it, which I think is amazing! The spray also makes my hair
incredibly soft, and smells wonderful! I recommend everyone to give it a go to
see if it works for you.

<span style="color: black; font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">For many months I have been looking for a product that would
give me a 'glow from within' look to brighten my skin throughout the winter
months. I have tried and tested many different highlighters and illuminators,
but I think I may have finally found the one!

<span style="font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">If you read my USA Haul post (Link), you would know
that I made a few naughty purchases in Sephora, one of them being the Laura Mercier Radiance Foundation Primer. This is such an amazing primer as
it gives my skin such a radiant, natural glow that I have been craving for so
long. It even works with my oily skin. The primer is a gel consistency with a
gorgeous gold glow to it, which would look fab on everyone's skin tone.
also works using my fingers. If you do not fancy it all over your face you could just apply it on top of your cheek bones and down the centre of your nose. I then use one of my favourite foundations,
either my Estee Lauder Double wear or Double Wear Light on

even looks great on camera!

<span style="color: black; font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">I went to The University of Gloucestershire, and graduated
with a Bsc Hons degree in Psychology and Criminology. Although the course
was extremely tough at times, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and I would
recommend it to anyone!

<span style="color: black; font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">As Graduation was one of the proudest days of my life, I
wanted to make sure my makeup looked extra special! For my makeup base I chose
to wear Laura Mercier Radiance Foundation Primer, to give me a pretty glow
on camera. For foundation I wanted a fuller coverage, so I opted for Estee Lauder Double Wear foundation in colour Ivory Beige, (which I raved about here!).
To cover and highlight my under eye area I used Nars Radiant Creamyconcealer in shade vanilla and YSL Touche Éclat in shade 1, (full
review here). To contour my face I used the Sleek ContourPalette in shade light. I absolutely love this product to contour my face
with, as the brown is an ashy colour as opposed to an orange brown, which
gives the face natural looking shadows. For blush I used my favourite
colour Springsheen from Mac (full review). It looked really
pretty on my cheeks because it has a slight sheen to it. To
highlight my cheek bones I used Macs Mineralised Skin Finish in colour
Soft and Gentle, which really compliments my skin tone and highlights my face
wonderfully.

<span style="font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">Now onto my eye makeup! For my eyes I created a brown
smoky eye using my latest trick, which you can see here! To create
this look I started with the Rimmel Exaggerate Undercover ShadowPrimer, which I have been very impressed with as it keeps my eye shadow in
place all day, and its really affordable, which makes it even better! I then
used an MUA eye shadow in shade matte 17. This colour is a really good skin colour to
use as an eye shadow base to correct the colour of your eye lids, plus it is only £1! I then used
my Mac eye shadows named Woodwink (4th from left, 1st row), Dazzle Light (1st from left, 1st row), Cork (5th from left, 1st row), Charcoal
Brown (1st from left, 2nd row), and Mystery (5th from left, 2nd row). Also, with Mystery smudged under my eyes. I
also forgot to include in the Pictures the two eyeliners I used
(oops!). I used Benefits Magic Ink on my lash line, which I
think is such an amazing eyeliner. I also used Dior crayon waterproof Long-Wear Waterproof Eyeliner Pencil in Black on my water line, which is another fab eyeliner that lasts all day. I
finished my eyes off with Maybelline The Volum' Express Mascara Falsies, which gives
my lashes lots of length and volume. (Post here).

<span style="color: black; font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">

<span style="font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">To finish my look I used Maybelline ColorSensational Lip Liner in Sweet Pink, which perfectly matched my favourite lip colour, Mac's Hue (review here).

<span style="color: black; font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">I am a girl who loves to wear eye shadows. However, I find
it difficult to keep things neat on the outer corner of my eye when I am
creating a smoky eye. Recently when I was reading one of my favourite beauty
blogs, Amelia Liana from Liana Beauty revealed her secret of how to create
the perfect smoky eye. I have tried and tested it, and I have to say it is
amazing!

<span style="font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">The secret was to place post-it stickers on the outer corner of
your eye, diagonally to meet the end of your natural eye brow. The sticky
note then acts as a barrier from any eye shadow to create a neat,
fine edge. If you are like me and not very neat when it comes to
applying eye shadow, this will make such a huge difference to your makeup as it
does not matter if you apply eye shadow on the sticker. If a clean edge is
something you are not keen on, once you have removed the sticker you can use a
clean blending brush to buff out any harsh lines. You can also use the sticky
note to create the perfect flick with your eye liner. As Amelia suggested, it
is completely fool proof, so you should give it a try!

<span style="color: black; font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">I picked up my Post-It Index Sticky Notes in WH smiths (Link). I specifically
like these stickers because they come in a cute little plastic case, which
makes it really easy to just throw into my makeup drawer. They also do not pull
on the skin when you remove them, it is like they were made for applying eye
shadow!

The YSL Touche Éclat is something I also have in my make up collection. Its such a fab product every girl needs to have it in their collection! It is a multi use product as it is an illuminator as well as an under eye corrector. It brightens and illuminates your face, making you look very fresh and radiant, as well as making your eyes look amazing in photos. Many brands have their own version of this, but the YSL Touche Éclat is by far my favourite

I use the original shade 1, which is meant to be the universal shade which will suit everyone's skin tone. They do have a range of colours, but the other colours include more pigment so they would be better to just use as an under eye corrector. I apply mine under my eyes, down the centre of my nose, in between my eye brows, and just on the top of my lips. You can also apply it on the top of your cheeks which I do when I do not want to use a highlighter. I also use my trusty finger tips to blend it all in.

When I was purchasing the Touche Éclat in Boots, to my delight I discovered they were giving away a mini Mascara Volume Effect Faux Clis in a very lovely gold gift box! The mascara gave my lashes amazing length, but I would not say it gave them much volume. I love how this mascara does not have any clumps in it and gives the lashes a very natural look. If you love natural looking lashes, this is definitely a mascara worth checking out.
Almost everyday throughout October I have been reaching for the Mac blush Small Vanity. It is sadly a limited edition colour from last years holiday collection, but there are plenty of similar colours on the market. The colour is a very pretty light plum colour, which does not transfer much colour onto the cheeks so it gives a light flush effect. I wish all of Macs products came in this packaging as I love the shiny black container.
At the beginning of the month my lovely sister (link to her blog) bought me a Mac eye shadow named Embark The colour is a dark reddish - brown, which I have been pairing with All That Glitters and Cork, (Mac eye shadows) to create a smoky eye which I really enjoy wearing. The great thing about the eye shadow is that it can be applied really intensely, or dusted lightly over your eyes for a look suitable for an everyday look. I think the shadow would also look really pretty all over the eye lid, and smudged under the eye for a really smoky night time appropriate look.

It seems that I have really been loving Mac make up during October! As a birthday gift I received the Viva Glam 1 lipstick as a present from one of my lovely friends. Now as you all know I have been loving my deep lips (Link), so this colour will come as no surprise to you. The colour is a deep brownish, blue tone red with a matte finish. The blue tone within the lipstick is also meant to make your teeth look whiter! The colour is very similar to Dare You by Mac, but it is a little more on the red side which I think makes it such an amazing colour which I will be sporting throughout rest of the winter.

The beauty blender is something you may have seen in my USA haul (Link). It is a sponge which you use to apply your foundation and concealer, which gives you an airbrushed finish. I can not believe I did not buy this sooner!

When I think of hair mousse I always think of when I was a teenager and I used to use it to 'scrunch' my hair (I'm sure you all did the same)! However, the Umberto Giannini mousse is completely different to what I used to think of hair mousse. I apply it into my roots of my hair when it is damp. Then I blow dry it. The moose keeps my hair full of volume all day, and it also does not feel that I have anything in my hair which makes it even better! A really good hair mousse for you girls who like bigger hair like me!

The Elemis Softly Softly Daily Moisturiser came with a magazine I picked up ages ago. At the end of September I finished all of my moisturisers so I thought I would give this one a whirl, and I LOVE it! It is a lovely light, non-greasy moisturiser, which is great for my oily skin. My skin can also react badly to some moisturisers, but this one has worked perfectly. It also smells amazing! If you are on the hunt for a moisturiser, this one is definitely worth a look at.
Ever since I started following beauty bloggers from America, my wish list has been as long as my arm!

<span style="color: black; font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">The kiss graduation nail polish set is something I have not
seen before in the UK, although I have found it online (Link). I am very excited to try this out as I love the
graduating look on the nail, especially in this unusual grey colour. Keep your
eyes peeled for a full review and tutorial on this!

<span style="font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">
As we do not have a Sephora in the UK, I really wanted to
pick up something from their line. When I was having a little browse at their
counter, their eye shadow sticks really stuck out to me. I bought beautiful shimmery light taupe colour, the shade is called 04 taupe (Link). I love stick eye
shadows because they are so quick to apply! You just sweep the pencil over your
lid, blend it out with your finger and your good to go. If I was in
Sephora again I would pick more colours up, but I do think they are very
similar to the Rimmel Scandleyes eye shadow stick which you can pick up really
cheap.

<span style="color: black; font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">
The beauty blender is something I have really wanted to get
my hands upon. If you are not sure what this is, it is a make up sponge which you can use to apply foundation and concealer. When I was in Sephora I noticed them by the till, so
I put one straight into my basket, and I am so glad I did! When
damp, you use tapping and blending motions to blend foundation into your skin.
This leaves an air bushed, flawless finish, whilst being extremely quick to
apply. I absolutely love it! However, now I have delved into the world of
sponges, I would be interested to see how the beauty blender compares to other
brands.

<span style="font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;"><span style="color: black; font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">The ESOS lip balm is a product I was really excited about
picking up. The ESOS lip balm can be found anywhere in the US. I love the
unique round packaging and the fact that you do not need to faff around putting
it on with your fingers. The scent of this lip balm is raspberry, but they also
come in many other scents. Since I bought it I have taken it everywhere with me
as it is very moisturising on the lips. I do think it compares to our UK
version, the Balmi lip balms which comes in a cube packaging. If you are not
going to the US any time soon, I would recommend picking up the Balmi lip
balm for the fast approaching cold winter days.

<span style="color: black; font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">Cover Girl is a brand we do not have here in the UK. Both the Mascara and the eyeliner came in a set. The mascara is amazing! It gives my lashes a full look with lots of length. As you brush the mascara through your lashes it also gets rid of any clumps, which I think is incredible. If you go over to the US I would definitely recommend picking one up. The eyeliner has also really impressed me. The consistency is very creamy and it applies like an eye shadow, which gives the eyes a smokey look. However, I do not like the sponge to smudge the eyeliner which is on the other end of the pencil. It rubs the eyeliner off instead of smudging it, so I use my real technique smudging brush or my finger. I would not rush to buy this again as I think we have many eye liners in our UK drug stores which are even better.

<span style="font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">

<span style="font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;"> If you are a fan of Maybeline baby lips, you will love this electro baby lips. The electro range has all of the moisture benefits as well as lots more colour compared to the original. In the packaging the colour appears very bright and you would think it would look tacky on the lips, but it is not in the slightest! On the lips it is a beautiful rosy pink colour, which stays on the lips for quite a while. In the range they also have neon orange and purple, all in black packaging which I prefer. I really wish Maybeline would bring this out in the UK because I love it!

<span style="font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">

<span style="font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">Tarte is another brand I really wanted to have a look at in the US. It is a high end brand, which has a blush line named the <span style="font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">Amazonian clay 12 - hour blush<span style="font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;"> (a long name I know!). I also knew I wanted to pick up the colour tipsy which is a beautiful coral colour with a hint of pink. The colour looks very neon in the packaging, but when swept over the cheeks lightly it gives a lovely flush of colour. As the name suggests it also stays on ALL day! I really wish Tarte came over to the UK because I think this blush may have made its way to the number one spot of my blushes. I could not recommend these enough. If you are heading over to the US any time soon it is also worth looking at the colour exposed. If you are lucky you can find these blushes on eBay!

The Josie Maran oil is something I have been desperate to
get my hands on as I have heard so many good things about it. The
oil is 100% pure argan oil which can be used on your face, hair, body and
cuticles, which sounds amazing to me. I picked this up in the Mini section by
the tills as the large version was $44, which I thought was a little much for
something I have not tired. It is also available in the UK! (Link). Look out for a full review on this product very

The next two products are ones you can easily pick up in the
UK, but I have had my eye on them for a while and thought whilst I am spending
money I may as well pick them up! The first is the Laura Mercier radiance foundation primer. I picked this up in the mini section, I could not resist it
as I am one of these people who is a sucker for anything in miniature
form. I have not tried this yet as I plan to use it with my Estee Lauder double
wear light foundation to give it more of a dewy finish. Again, keep your eye
out for a post on this product!

The last product I picked up in Sephora was the Nars RadiantCreamy Concealer in light 2 Vanilla. I think this concealer is wonderful! It
covers my black circles amazingly whilst brightening my under eye area at the same
time. It sticks around for most of the day which means it is a winner for me. I
love the creamy consistency as well because it makes it really easy to blend
in. The colour is also perfect for me as I always wear concealer a couple of shades lighter compared to my actual skin tone. The concealer is also a more yellow tone
as opposed to a pink tone, which I love as I feel it makes the face appear
brighter. However, as the concealer is quite radiant I do not think it is great
to apply over blemishes. To wrap it up, I will be repurchasing!

As well as nail polishes, I also like to buy new lipsticks at the start of every season. When I was my reading magazines at the end of August I was thrilled to see that deep colours would be a must have lip colour again ...

Rebel by Mac is a beautiful deep plum colour, although it can appear a little pink on camera. It is a satin finish which means it is rich in colour and with a soft satin, semi matte finish. Some people find this finish the most drying out of all of the finishes, but personally I do not find this one drying at all! I absolutely love wearing this colour on my lips at the moment! I personally think this colour goes really well with a plum colour blush and simple eye make up.

Dare You by Mac is my most resent purchase out of the two, and I am so happy I bought it. A red lipstick has been on my very long wish list for quite a while, but I really wanted an up to date version. This lipstick ticked all the boxes! The colour is a lovely deep red, which I think looks amazing with a light smoky eye. The finish is a cremesheen which means the colour is creamy with a slightly glossy finish. Although this finish is not the most long lasting finish, it is one of my favourite finishes.

I think Mac lipsticks are absolutely amazing because they have a very large colour selection and I love the formulas. With all of my lipstick I coat them with Lipcote to make them last longer.

Even though many of you are probably thinking you are not brave enough to wear these lipsticks, you will be surprised how easy they are to wear! If you are like me and normally stick to nude lips, these deeper shades will take a little time getting used to. Now I just can not get enough of them.

Check out my Instagram @emmatudorx to see pictures of me wearing them.
At the beginning of every season I love to treat myself to a couple of new nail varnishes. This autumn is no exception, so this time I decided to splurge on an OPI polish ...

Malaga wine is a beautiful deep red/burgundy colour. I absolutely love dark colours on my nails in the autumn/winter with short (although not too short), neat nails. I feel as if this colour would flatter anyone's skin tone as it is such a lovely autumn/winter colour. The nail polish would also look beautiful paired with deep red lips.

The first reason I decided to buy an OPI polish was that I just love the rich consistency. You could get away with one coat, although two coats just deepens the colour a little. The second reason was because every time I have a manicure at a salon they normally use OPI, and it just lasts SOOO long. Anything that lasts a long time on my nails is a winner for me as I seem to always find a way to chip them. Thirdly I find the application of OPI nail polishes to be very easy as the brush is so nice to work with as it is just the perfect size.

To help make this nail polish and all of my other nail polishes hang around on my nails a little longer I always uses the top coat start to finish also by OPI. This is the best one I have found as my nail varnish will hang about for around six days when I use it which I think is amazing! It also gives the nails a very lovely shine.

The Malaga wine nail polish can be seen here (Link), and start to finish can also be seen here (Link).

Keep your eye out for more OPI nail polishes on my blog as I obviously could not just buy the one!

Yours Faithfully
<span style="color: black; font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">Most of you are probably thinking the same as me, where has the time gone! It seems all of a sudden we are in the middle of Autumn. Never the less Autumn is my favourite season of the year, which means I have some great products which I have been loving throughout September to share with you...
<span style="color: black; font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;"> L'Oreal Infinium Lumiere hair spray has become not only a September favourite, but an all time favourite. I have worn it every day this month and it has changed the way I feel about hair sprays! I hate it when hair sprays leave your hair feeling sticky, and make your hair look like it is stuck together with no movement. However, this L'Oreal hair spray holds my curls in and keeps my heavy hair volumeised, without the horrible tacky feeling. When I use this hair spray it feels as if I have nothing in my hair which I think is amazing. It is definitely worth a try as it also comes in a HUGE bottle which will last you ages.
<span style="color: black; font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">
<span style="color: black; font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">The Topshop Glow highlighter<span style="font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;"> is a product which I have been eyeing up for quite a while. I am so happy I finally bought it as <span style="font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">I have worn so much over the past month. When I swatched it in store I immediately thought it looked very similar to Benefits Whats up highlighter, which I was very excited about as the Topshop Glow is only £9. The colour is a beautiful champagne colour with a gold shimmer running through it. The highlighter comes in two colours Gleam which I have, and Polish which is more of a white colour.
<span style="color: black; font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">
<span style="color: black; font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">Recently I have been trying to get a summer glow and I felt I needed a cream highlighter as opposed to a powder to achieve this look. The highlighter is very easy to apply. You just gently dip your finger into the pot, and then dab the product on the top of your cheek bones. I then blend it in with my <u style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue Light", HelveticaNeue-Light, helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">Real Techniques Stippling brush to make it look like more of a natural glow. The highlighter does have to be applied with caution as too much product may look a little unnatural as it is so pigmented. Topshop have done a great job on this highlighter as it could be compared to more high end products. I would love to try more of Topshops beauty products as I was so impressed by this one.

<span style="color: black; font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">
<span style="color: black; font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">The Rimmel Sandaleyes<span style="color: black; font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;"> in nude is something I have had for a fair few months, but during September I have found myself reaching for it almost everyday. This eyeliner is a gorgeous nude colour which I apply on my water line, normally when I am feeling a little tired and I want to look more awake. It instantly brightens up my face. The formula is lovely and creamy which means it applies without pulling your eyes, which is perfect for those early mornings! If the eyeliner does not already sound amazing to you, it is also waterproof, so it sticks around for quite a while. I have found myself applying the eyeliner around lunch time just to freshen up the colour. I think this products is amazing for a drug store product as normally light eye liners are white, which does not give a natural look. I also have the scandaleyes eyeliner in the colour taupe, which I smudge along my lash line. This is a fabulous product which will continue to stay in my makeup bag.
<span style="color: black; font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">
<span style="color: black; font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">Almost every morning during September I have been picking up Mac's Shy Girl lipstick. The colour is a gorgeous soft peachy/nude which glides on your lips without putting any effort in. Shy Girl is A cremesheen so it has a shine to it which is lovely. The colour is quite sheer on the lips, but with just the right amount of colour if you do not want a bold lip. I have been pairing the lipstick with a day time appropriate smokey eye which I think compliments it perfectly. I just love love love this lipstick!
<span style="color: black; font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">
<span style="color: black; font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">On nights out during September I have been reaching for Mac's Dare you lipstick. In the Autumn and Winter I love deep bold lips, which is exactly what this lipstick is. The colour is a beautiful deep red which I think is gorgeous! A full review on this lipstick will be up next week, so make sure you pop back and have a look.
<span style="color: black; font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">
<span style="color: black; font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">I hope you enjoyed my September favourites, before you know it you will be reading my October favourites!
<span style="color: black; font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">
<span style="color: black; font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">Yours faithfully
I know many of you have already read a post on this amazing moisturiser, but I just wanted to express my love for it. I am now on my second bottle, and for a moisturiser this must mean it is pretty darn good ...

The moisturiser is an amazing invention. It is a light formula which you can quickly spray on your body and which leaves your skin feeling very smooth. As soon as you rub the moisturiser on your body, it sinks in straight away so you can put your clothes on or get straight into bed without having to stand around naked waiting for it to dry (we've all been there). The formula is also non-greasy which is something I have been looking for in a moisturiser for what feels like my entire life! I have very oily hands and I do not normally like putting moisturiser on as it leaves my hands even more oily which I hate, even though at my age I should be moisturising everyday. However this one does not leave my hands feeling oily at all, hallelujah! The application of the product is also very quick and I am currently using it every morning and every time before I go to bed. I also find that the coco butter spray makes my skin look very radiant after I have applied it.

Even though this is the best moisturiser I personally have ever used, those of you who have dryer skin may need to use a thicker one as well as this one because it is not a rich moisturiser. I would still recommend it to everyone as it has answered all of my skins prayers. All together this is an amazing moisturiser for a even better price of £4.99!

Hair masks are a vital part of keeping my long hair in top condition, and to hopefully make it grow even longer! I have been trying out a number of different ones. Some are not so good, but others my hair could not life without...

I tend to use hair masks ones or twice a week depending on the condition of my hair. I use a couple of scoop fall's and smooth it into the long on my hair, avoiding my roots. I then get on with shaving my legs (or what ever) and after a couple of minutes I wash it out.

VO5 treat me right - I bought this hair mask because I love the VO5 miracle oil, so I was expecting good things from this mask. The hair mask smells SO amazing as the mask includes avocado oil, argan oil, apricot oil, grape seed oil, and jojoba oil, which I was instantly attracted to. However, when I used the hair mask it was a different story. When I was in the shower it felt like any other hair mask, but when I got out my hair had a lot more knots than it normally has. When I finished blow drying my hair it still felt dry at the ends and was not shinny at all. I was not very impressed with the hair mask, and I would not recommend it. Although, I would be interested to see if it works for any other type of hair.

Herbal essence beautiful ends - My hair has not always been as long and as in good condition as it is now. Once upon a time, when I was 17 (5 years ago) my hair was in very bad condition. The length was above my shoulders and it was very damaged due to hair dye and lots of straightening. To help with my hair my Mum kindly bought me this hair mask. It is a creamy formula which you use after shampooing. It leaves my hair very soft and shinny. After using it around twice a week for 2/3 months my hair started to show great improvements. I think this is an excellent drug store hair mask which I always recommend to my friends. I always have it in my hair care basket and I will continue to repurchase it because I love it so much!

L'Oreal Absolut repair cellular - This hair mask is amazing! It is a slightly harder in consistency compared to the last hair masks, but works in the same way. When I used this mask it made my hair look very shinny, and it felt beautifully soft and thick. When I got out of the shower my hair was not even tangled which is fantastic. Whenever I use it I just can not stop touching my hair. This is such a wonderful product I could not recommend it enough.

Last, and by no means least is the Philip Kingsley Elasticizer. I have been eyeing this up for ages after reading lots of fantastic reviews. Unfortunately it is quite expensive and as I have been a student for the past three years I could not quite justify it. When I was walking past he magazine stand in Tesco I seen a mini version of it in Octobers issue of Instyle magazine, which I picked up in a heart beat as I was so excited to try it. The mask is slightly different to ones I have previously used as you have to wet your hair, then walk around with a shower hat on, getting on with what ever you have to do before getting back into the shower to shampoo your hair. After using it my hair did not have a single knot which is amazing for me! My hair was also SO soft that I kept asking my poor boyfriend to smooth my hair. I also loved the beautiful shine it gave my hair! Despite the high price tag I can not believe I did not purchase this product as it is heaven in a pot! It would be a lovely treat for yourself, or it would make a lovely present. If you want a luxurious treatment, this is definitely the one for you!

Yours faithfully

For a good couple of years now Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish has been an essential part of my daily skin care routine. Now a new limited edition launch has taken centre stage ...

The original is in the green bottle which smells of rosemary, chamomile, coco butter and eucalyptus essential oil, which I absolutely love. Last year Liz Earle released a limited edition smell of rose and lavender which did not really excite me. Although this year was a different story. As soon as I received the pretty envelope with lemons and grapefruits on from Liz Earle I just knew I would be taking a little drive to John Lewis! This years limited edition cleanse and polish smells of grapefruit and patchouli which is a gorgeous citrus smell. I really wish it was made into the permanent line because it is so uplifting. Even though it has a different smell, it still has the much-loved original formula.

If you have been living under a rock for many years or are simply not into skin care, Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish is a thick cream that removes grime and makeup and leaves your skin feeling extremely fresh and radiant. I usually use two pumps and massage it into my dry face. I then wet the free muslin cloth in warm water, and in circular motions polish off the cream. Even though the consistency is quite thick it does not break out my oily skin, which I initially thought it may have done. Instead it has cleared by skin up, kept spots at bay and brightened my skin, which I think its amazing! I also think it would suit any skin type and would do a world of good for any skin issues.

I am really sad that this cleanse and polish is limited edition as I love anything and everything with a citrus smell as I think it gives skin products an extract kit which gives you an awake feeling, even when all you can think about is your bed. I think the smell gives the product an even fresher feeling which I look forward to feeling every morning. I do not know what I am going to do with myself when it runs out!

A highly recommended product, but if you want it act quick as I think it will not be around for long! You can either by it on the Liz Earle website (Link), or you could get it in your local John Lewis store which is where I got mine from.

Yours Faithfully
